Terms of Sale, Shipping & Refunds

1. The offer

Every product on this site is sold as a single unit for $9.99 USD, tracked shipping included. Total $9.99, tracked shipping included. Prices are shown and charged in USD; your bank may apply its own conversion rate. The charge appears on your statement as Wilburn Creations.

2. Shipping

• We ship to United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, France, Belgique, Suisse, Luxembourg, Italia.
• Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Typical delivery time is 7-14 days from dispatch; peak periods and customs checks can add time.
• Products are dispatched from our partner warehouses, which may be located outside your country. Any import duties or taxes charged by your country are the recipient's responsibility.
• A tracking number is emailed at dispatch. Please check that your shipping address is complete and correct: we cannot redirect a parcel once it has shipped, and parcels returned because of an incorrect address may be re-shipped at your cost.
• If your tracking shows no movement for 30 days, or the parcel is confirmed lost, we will re-ship or refund in full, your choice.

3. 30-day money-back guarantee & returns

• If you are not satisfied, email support@aureatreasures.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number. We refund the full purchase price.
• Items arrived damaged, defective or not as described: send us a photo and we replace or refund immediately, no return needed.
• Change of mind: we may ask you to return the item unused in its original packaging; return postage is at your cost unless the item was faulty.
• Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of approval.

4. Cancellations

You can cancel for a full refund at any time before dispatch by replying to your confirmation email. Once shipped, the returns policy above applies.

5. Product information

Photos are illustrative; colours and minor details may vary slightly by batch. Products are general-purpose consumer goods and are not medical devices unless explicitly stated. Follow any safety instructions supplied with the item.

6. Payments & security

Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. We may cancel and refund any order we suspect to be fraudulent.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights in your country.
